Dr. Eng. Kabwe Mulenga

Eng. Chibale Zimba is a qualified environmental engineer with a Bachelor's degree with Merit in Environmental Engineering and a Master's degree in Public Health from The Copperbelt University and Lusaka University, respectively. She is a registered engineer with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) and has over eleven years of experience in conducting environmental impact assessments. Additionally, she has specialist experience in conducting biodiversity studies, aquatic and terrestrial field sampling, air quality and noise parameter sampling and measurement, as well as water and soil quality analysis.

Eng. Zimba has experience in the formulation and implementation of Quality Management Systems, Internal Auditing, and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Furthermore, she has participated in various assessments, including hydropower projects, agricultural projects, and transportation projects such as roads, bridges, and general infrastructure development.

Eng. Zimba is also the Co-founder and Director of Finance and Management of EcoPICH Engineering Limited, a consultancy firm established in 2019. EcoPICH Engineering Limited offers various services, including Hazardous Waste Management and Clean-up services, Geographical Information System (GIS Mapping), Licensing and Regulatory Compliance, Climate Change Assessments, Social and Gender Assessments, Environmental Impact Assessments, Health and Safety Assessments, Hydrological, Water and Sanitation Studies, Biodiversity Assessments and construction.
