LauncHER Engineers Hub is a registered non-profit organisation founded in 2023 by three female engineers, Eng. Sitembile Ncube-Kaseka, Eng. Namwinga Siame-Chamululu, and Eng. Taperewa Namwinga-Kabwe, the organization is devoted to fostering SDGs number 5 and 10 by creating an atmosphere in which upcoming female engineers can advance their self-assurance, leadership, professional network, and acquisition of vital skills, with the ultimate goal of influencing a future in which gender parity in the engineering field is the standard

Dr. Eng. Kabwe Mulenga is a woman of great discipline, resilience and hard work, who exemplifies excellence. She currently serves as the Chief Engineer (Research) of the Renewable Energy Department at ZESCO Limited. As ZESCO works towards harnessing more Solar and Wind Energy, Dr. Mulenga leads the research team on Renewable Energy. She is also the Vice Chairperson of the Western Water Supply and Sanitation Company Board.
